HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We use USPS to safely ship all packages with minimal contact. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class, which typically takes 3-5 days for delivery *after* a processing time of 5-10 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Since most of our products are made to order, everything is handmade with care, so processing times may vary. Be sure to order well in advance of any planned trips. If your trip is coming up sooner than expected, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate with at least 10 days’ notice.
I PLACED A LARGE ORDER OF 3 ITEMS OR MORE, WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
For orders of 1-2 items, the processing time is 5-10 business days. For larger orders (3-5 items), processing may take an additional 3-5 business days. Orders of 5 or more items may take an extra 8-10 business days, depending on the size of the order. Please plan accordingly, especially if you have a deadline.
MY TRIP IS COMING UP, WILL I GET MY ITEM IN TIME?
If you place your order 15-25 days before your trip, you should receive it in time. If you're cutting it close, you can select priority shipping or have your item shipped directly to your resort for added convenience.
ARE THE EARRINGS HEAVY?
Not at all! Our earrings are lightweight, with single-colored designs being even lighter than multicolored or multilayered options.
ARE THE 3D PRINTED ITEMS ECO-FRIENDLY?
Yes! Our 3D-printed items are made from Polylactide (PLA), which is derived from renewable sources like corn, sugar cane, and sugar beets. This makes our products both environmentally friendly and sustainable.
DO YOU MAKE EARRINGS IN CHILD SIZES?
Due to the intricate designs of our earrings, we're unable to make them smaller than their current sizes.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
At the moment, we’re unable to take custom orders due to the high volume of requests.
HOW DO YOUR HEADBANDS FIT?
Our headbands are one-size-fits-most and are designed for comfort. They're known for being well-crafted, allowing you to enjoy a day at the park without any headaches!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders of 1-2 items have a processing time of 5-10 business days. For orders of 3 or more items, an additional 3-5 business days may be needed depending on the size of the order. Please note that this processing time does not include shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to help.
I DON'T NEED/WANT MY ITEM ANYMORE. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Since each item is handmade and made to order, we do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed.

We respond to emails on Wednesdays, as most of our time is dedicated to fulfilling orders. For urgent questions, please use our Contact Us page to send us an email. (Please note, this is not for order status updates.)
THERE IS A SMUDGE ON THE BACK OF MY EARRINGS. ARE THEY DIRTY?
Our earrings, planters, and jewelry dishes are all 3D printed in-house. Occasionally, a small amount of the previous color may appear as a smudge on the bottom layer due to color transitions during the printing process. This is normal and not a sign of dirt or defect.
I'VE READ YOUR POLICIES AND FAQS, BUT MY ORDER IS PAST THE PROCESSING TIME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life happens, and we may run a little behind. As a small business, we appreciate your patience. Rest assured, your order is in progress, and we’ll get it to you as soon as we can.
