HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We use 1st Class USPS shipping for all US orders which take 3-5 days to be delivered after a processing time of 13-16 business days. Please note Business days do not include Holidays or Weekends.  All of our products are made to order unless stated otherwise. Everything is handmade with love and they do take time to make, so please be aware of this when you place an order. Please allow adequate time before your trip when you place an order. If you do have a trip coming up sooner than expected- just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you (we need at least 8 days ahead of time notice). For all international orders- it depends on the country where it is being shipped to. It is usually around 2-4 weeks though after processing time. 

MY TRIP IS COMING UP, WILL I GET MY EARS IN TIME?

If you order with plenty of time before your trip, you should receive you items on time. If not, or you are still worried, you can rush your order, use priority shipping, or ship the item to your resort.

HOW DO YOUR EARS FIT?

All of our ears are one size fits most.

We are known for our well crafted, comfortable ears to ensure a fun day in the parks without headaches.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All items have a processing time of 12-15 business days from the date ordered, so please keep this in mind if you have a trip date to plan for. Orders of 3 or more items will have an extended processing time of 15-17 business days depending on the total amount of items purchased in a single order. This does not include shipping time.
